Try their veggie chill with a side of chips, or their organic mushroom pizza with daiya cheese. I love the beet, apple, ginger juice. If you go for breakfast, try the tofu scramble with all the veggies. Salads are awesome and so fresh. You can tell that they care about the food and the community, because it shows. They have a mini market inside too, which is soo helpful in a town that closes down at 5:30. On the weekends you can get grocery staples, and some toiletries. The staff is super friendly and the place is always busy which speaks volumes about their food! Keep up the great work Hidden Valley! Washington is lucky to have you!April 01, 2017
